Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds. All children from 7 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. One child from 13 to 15 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
