Apartment hotel Altes Dresden: All apartments and suites have a direct view of New Market and the Church of Our Lady and are between 36 and 123 m² in size. They are luxuriously furnished and some of them have wheelchair access. Some are fitted with allergy-friendly parquet flooring, and a particular highlight is the 6-room maisonette suite with a conservatory and garden terrace. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All children from 3 to 12 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
