For our guests, we arrange: - Day trips to Wild Wadi, the wildest water park in United Arab Emirates which offers 23 rides and attractions for all ages; - Dhow cruises to view the skyline of Dubai and to taste the international buffet dinner while on-board; and - Half day visits to Desert Safari with exciting desert drives, sand boarding and sand buggy, camel rides, BBQ dinner, belly dancing and a taste of traditional Shisha The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only) - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged AED 75.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. 10 % service charge per stay is not included. 6 % city/tourist tax per stay is not included.
