We provide daily shuttles to the beach as well as airport transfers. The following passport holders can get an entry permit stamped in their passport upon arrival: - AGCC country visa holders (certain designations only) - France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican City, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea and Malaysia. If you are NOT a passport holder of one of the above countries, please arrange your visa before arrival. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged AED 100.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged AED 120.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is not applicable. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs AED 10.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs AED 40.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
