The hotel processes visas for guests. A clear passport copy (first+last page) of the guest should be submitted 1 week ahead from the expected arrival date in Dubai. We charge AED 400 per passport. If the visa is not approved by the Immigration there will be no refund for the AED 400 charged. We require a credit card pre-authorization guarantee of AED 6000 p.p. to be held by the hotel until the guest departs and sends the exit stamp copy to us. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
