Our apartments offer an attractive ambience with modern comfort. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and crockery is separated from the living room. The bathroom is fitted with a bath. In the living room you will find cable TV, direct dial ISDN telephone with WLAN and fax connection, a working area and some apartments also feature a balcony. These homely apartments are suitable for 1-2 people. In the cellar of our building you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer. Please note that the key for your apartment needs to be picked up from the reception desk at the Hotel Modern, Schillerstrasse 16. |

Our apartments were completely renovated 2 years ago and feature Venetian-style furnishings. They are approximately 35m² in size and are very peaceful despite their prime location close to the university in Munich’s Schwabing district. Thanks to ideal public transport links (underground lines 3 and 6, tram line 27, and bus number 53) it is possible to reach Marienplatz and the main railway station in just a few minutes, and the new exhibition grounds are just a 20-minute journey away via the U2 underground line. |

Please note that the key for your apartment needs to be picked up from the reception desk at the Hotel Modern, Schillerstrasse 16. A shuttle service will then take you to the apartment building at no extra charge (journey time is approximately 8 minutes). The apartment building does not have its own reception, but the reception at the Hotel Modern is available at all times should you have any questions or queries. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
