		Our comfortable hotel is located in the historic old town centre of Essen-Stoppenberg, directly at the World Cultural Heritage Site “Zollverein” (900 metres) and the sport park “Am Hallo”. Due to its location near the motorway and the excellent traffic links to all destinations in the Ruhrgebiet, the airport of Dusseldorf as well as the trade fair centres of Essen, Dusseldorf and Dortmund are all within easy reach.

		Important information
		In case of early departure or late arrival, the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not used. The reception is always open. If you intend to arrive after 22:00, kindly indicate your exact time of arrival in advance.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
