Thomas Sandor is responsible for the quality of the cuisine. He loves his job, but sees it as more of a vocation in the responsibility of maintaining the health of his guests. Preference is give to regional products and with Lake Thun right in front of the hotel this means easy access to local fish. His freshly caught whitefish are a first-class delicacy. | |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first three nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child under 16 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
