The hotel was founded in 1950 and has age-old ties with the seaman of the Norddeutsche Loyd and Bremer harbour. The hotel is a privately run business, which has been in the same family for over 3 generations. Inside you will find souvenirs from the period of the luxury steamboat Columbus. |

Run by the same family ever since opening in 1950, the 2-star Superior Hotel Columbus offers cosy hospitality and a sense of tradition. It was named after a luxury liner, and contains many artefacts from the ship. Despite the peaceful surroundings you are just a short walk from the harbour and Bremerhaven city centre, as well as numerous restaurants and all main local sights.
