		In a quiet district of Munich, not far from the Isar river, there resides our hotel. Just a few steps to public transport and a short walk to the famous Viktualien market. In the case of a later arrival than 10 pm, please let us know about your arrival time.

		Travel information
		Coming from the highway BAB 9, direction Nuremberg, you drive to the middle ring east and take the exit Tucherpark. Approx. 3-4 km straight along till the Reichenbachbruecke. Turn right into the Fraunhoferstrasse. Then turn left into the Baaderstrasse.

		Central and close to the river Isar, amidst a district with Munich flair, you will find our hotel in a small back road. Within walking distance you can reach the Viktualienmarkt and the Marienplatz as well as the underground station.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
