We offer 33 apartments on alltogether 2000 sqm. The apartments offer 2 rooms on 50-60 sqm, some on two floors and all with balcony and mediterranean atmosphere. The whole house is made to feel comfortable, beyond the clean and boring hotel design. Here you will find luxurious interiors like stone floors, cool steel elements and Asian purism. Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchenette with micro wave, coffee machine and kettle. Each apartment disposes of a large desk, satellite television, hi-fi system, room safe, ISDN, telephone-, fax- and modem access. Elegant bathrooms with shower or bathroom. Parking spaces available. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast is not included and costs EUR 18.00 per person. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 11.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
