Our hotel belongs to the familiar townscape of Würzburg since 1880. After the eventful years in history, our house as well wasnt spared from the destruction of Würzburg in the night of March 16th, 1945. Reconstructed after the bombing, it was reopened in spring 2002 after another year of renovation. The extensive construction work lasted for a whole year to preserve the old in our hotel and at the same time, integrate a modern interior. Now, we await you in a new air with old Franconian hospitality. If we are able to have you here as our guest sometime, well be happy to show you around in our premises. Youll have the opportunity here to take a few Franconian wines as a souvenir back home. |

Our university town, situated in the beautiful Main valley, surrounded by vineyards, is waiting for you with its sights. The best-known one is certainly the worlds largest ceiling fresco, created by G. B. Tiepolo. It is situated on the cantilever cupola in the Residence, built by Balthasar Neumann and appointed to World Heritage by the UNESCO. Above the city, the Fortress Marienberg keeps watch with the Mainfränkische Museum and the Princes Apartments Museum (Fürstenbaumuseum) inside, which are not only because of the Riemenschneider exhibition an unforgettable experience. Just as interesting are Neumünster Church, House to the Falcon, Marys Chapel, the cathedral and Stift Haug. As Würzburg has so many places worth seeing, we will gladly put together an individual tour with our guests. |

The Hotelam Congress Centrum is in the city center from Würzburg. The Würzburg Congress Centrum is in immediate neighborhood. If you arrive from the A7, take the exit Würzburg/ Heidingsfeld. Afterwards you orientate yourself by signs Congress Centrum Würzburg or Talavera. If you come from the A3 nothern direction, take the exit Würzburg/Estenfeld an drive along the B19 to Würzburg. Result again to the signs Congress Centrum. Fraom the A7 southern direction drive at the Autobahnkreuz Biebelried into the A3. Take the first departure Rottendorf. Fram here it goes on the B8 to Würzburg where you find once more signs to the Congress Centrum. |
