Check-in is always between 14:00 and 21:30 at the address of the booked apartment. Other times are possible by arrangement. For arrivals after 21:30, an additional fee will be charged. Early check-in before 14:00 is only possible if the previous guest has departed before 11:00. Guests are encouraged to call the duty mobile telephone number at least one hour before arrival so that a member of staff can arrange to meet you at the apartment. The House Berlin Apartments accept cash payments only. Payment should be made upon arrival. There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 20. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. EUR 20.00 service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available.
