Our hotel bar is open from 16:00 until 22:00 and closed on Sundays and Mondays. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs nearby that offer delicious regional Thüringer as well as international dishes. They are located within walking distance from the hotel. From our hotel, you can can reach all of the citys sights on foot. In the immediate vicinity you find numerous art and cultural attractions belonging to the UNESCO World Heritage organisation. Adjacent to the hotel is the Weimar Bauhaus buildings with the van de Velde Bau which today houses the Bauhaus University. Just a 1-minute walk away you find the historic Park on the Ilm, including Liszts House, the Roman House, and Goethes Garden House. In the historic cemetary opposite the hotel you find royal burial vaults and the Russian-Orthodox church. At the end of our road, some 300 metres away from the hotel at Frauenplan, you find Goethes House and the marketplace. |

Arriving by car: - Take the A4 motorway Dresden/Eisenach. - Take exit Weimar. - Turn left at the first set of traffic lights and continue towards Stadt Weimar. - Once you reach the sign announcing that you are in Weimar, turn left at the first junction with traffic lights and travel towards Bauhaus University. - After approximately 400 metres you will reach our hotel on the right-hand side. Please use the address Geschwister - Scholl Str.1 if you have a car navigation system. Arriving by rail: - From the main railway station take the city bus numbers 5, 6 or 8 as far as the stop Poseckscher Garten. - You will see the hotel diagonally opposite you. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
