Cleanliness is of the highest priority for us. All guest rooms and common areas are cleaned daily. The hostel and its rooms are equipped with a highly modern key card systems. The entire hostel is equipped with a modern fire alarm system with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on every floor, as well as a video monitoring system in the entrance area and bar. Furthermore, our reception is manned 24 hours a day so that you will always find someone to speak to about questions and concerns. |

Further sights can be reached either on foot or using public transportation. Within 4 km are: - Rudolfplatz. - Neumarkt and the Schildergasse shopping mile. - Roman Tower. - Cologne Dom Cathedral. - Mediapark. - Kölnarena. - Messe Deutz (expo centre). The Coloneum is 10 km. Cologne has opportunities for going out that are hard to find in any other German city. With so many clubs and bars, party goers often have a difficult time choosing. Ask at the reception! |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.
