The Ringhotel Residenz offers 103 comfortable furnished rooms in different categories with 176 beds to its guests. All rooms are equipped with bath and/or shower, cable TV, WLAN, and some with trousers press, a lockable wardrobe, a bag depot as well as a cosy suite are in every room. Floors with non-smoking rooms and rooms for handicapped people are besides of the rooms with connecting doors at the disposal. We have 2 elevators in our house for our guests. |

In our restaurant Ketterer a rich and varied breakfast buffet will provide you with a good start to the day. We also look forward to welcoming you at lunchtime and for dinner, when our kitchen staff will spoil you with regional and international dishes. The bistro Unter den Arkaden is a popular meeting place for both private and business appointments. Here we serve inexpensive, seasonal dishes of the day and snacks. During good weather we invite you to take a seat on our garden terrace. We will make sure you keep cool with cold drinks and delicious ice creams. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 30 minutes. Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 15.00 per person. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site. Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.
