Delivery Service: If you dont feel like cooking and you dont want to go out for dinner, we offer a menue selection from our room service. You select and order the menue and the delivery service brings the food to the hotel entry, rings at your door and talks to you via intercom. |

Our hotel opened in 1988 and is located in the centre of Karlsruhe, only 300 meters from the pedestrian zone. In 2003 our hotel was externally completely renovated. Of course, we continually try to improve our rooms and apartments. Our concept Hotel und Wohnen combines the traditional hotel with the idea of independent living. Come home, relax and be yourself. Business travellers - especially long time guests - have discovered this way to travel and this comfortable hotel living. Our guests appreciate the convenience of cooking for themselves. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 16.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
