The gourmets kitchen of the Relay and Châteaux country house Zur Rothen Forelle is obliged to the big tradition of France cuisine which combines here harmoniously with suggestions from the Mediterranean and the exotic-Asian kitchen. Our chef René Bobzin is also influence by the regional akzence. His desserts are praised. Look forward to the breakfast in a young spring morning. During a friendly summer day the view of the trout lake and idyllic Ilsenburg increases the board joys.
