Hotel Graf Zeppelin touching history started with the entire building being destroyed by a fire in1900. Only 5 years later the hotel was restored to its former glory. In 1956 the hotel was renamed, from Deutsches Haus to Graf Zeppelin, in honor of local hero and inventor of the airship –Count Ferdinand von Zeppelin. To this day the building features many beautiful ornaments and historic aspects, reminders of days gone by. | |
