Winter sports enthusiasts will get their money’s worth on the snow-safe, excellently prepared cross-country ski runs and slopes. And last but not least, the adventurous element of water will provide a manifold supply of activities all the year round. Golf: The Tegernsee valley provides ideal conditions for all golfers – both advanced as well as beginners. Two 18-hole golf courses, a 6-hole pitch-and-put as well as a driving range are all located in the direct vicinity. A total of eight golf courses are located within a half hour’s driving distance. You can reach a further 20 courses within an hour. Hiking: The Tegernsee mountains are a true hikers paradise. From simple walks along idyllic creeks to challenging peak ascents, all tastes and demands are catered to. The well marked hiking routes will take you past numerous quaint alp lodges where you might want to stop for a bite to eat. Ascent help is provided by, amongst others, the Wallberg cable car in Rottach-Egern. Theatre: The Tegernsee public theatre was founded over 100 years ago. Enthusiasts of the Bavarian culture will certainly get their money’s worth here. The popular plays are performed in the Stammhaus, Ludwig-Thoma-Saal as well as in the open air theatre. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 60.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
