Our breakfast room is located between the 1st and 2nd floors. For breakfast we provide a sumptuous buffet daily from 6.30 to 10.00. Guests arriving by car will find limited parking places in our garage. |

The hotel is in the heart of Frankfurt. The famous shopping mile, the “Zeil”, with its many department stores and a variety of restaurants, is just a 5-minute walk away. The City Hall “The Römer” and the museum are 8 minutes away, and the zoo is 5 minutes away. If you go to Sachsenhausen, the old city sector on the other side of the river Main, you will find many museums as well as cosy pubs and restaurants where you can try the famous Abbelwoi (Apple wine ), and will find a pleasant mixture of local and international flair. |

Arriving by public transport: The best way to reach us is by taking tram number 11 from the main train station, in the direction of Fechenheim. The stop Allerheiligentor“ is located directly in front of the hotel. By plane: From the S-Bahn (urban railway) station at the airport you can take line 8 towards Hanau and travel as far as station Ostendstrasse. This station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. By car: Take motorway exit “FRANKFURT SÜD” from the airport and continue on the B43 towards Stadtmitte – Hauptbahnhof (Kennedy Allee (B43)). Go over the bridge Friedensbrücke“ and take the second road on the right (Wilhelm-Leuschner-Strasse). At the third set of traffic lights stay in the left-hand lane, go through the underpass and continue straight ahead into Berliner Strasse > Battonstrasse > Allerheiligentor. The hotel is on the right-hand side. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.
