		Quick description
		Our hotel was opened in 2004 and is situated only 900 metres away from the fairgrounds of Cologne and from the Kölnarena. It is also in a very quiet location so that our hotel is a perfect starting point to explore this beautiful city.

		Information about construction works in immediate vicinity of the hotel: The Cologne electricity supplier will start with construction works in the Deutz-Mülheimer-Strasse at the beginning of July, expected end of works is the end of October.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
