In February 1993 we opened our City Partner Hotel Alter Speicher with an eye on details. We reconstructed a Hanseatic gable house with a charming and luxurious ambience of the gallery restaurant, the historic wine- and beer cellar, bar, fireplace lounge, rooms for banquets and conferences, sauna and a corner for children. | |

Our rooms are in five historic buildings, every room is unique, but all of them are furnished the same way: shower and toilet, colour tv, radio, minibar, safe, hair dryer, cosmetic mirror and telephone. Furthermore, we have some non-smoking rooms to your disposal (only on request). Please pay attention to the fact, that the bookable rooms are normally rooms of the smallest category, if you are intersted in a room of the larger categories please do not hesitate to contact us for the surcharge. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 27.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
