Dear visitor, City Lodging Apartments are two small apartment buildings (Winterfeldtstrasse 72 and Winterfeldtstrasse 11), offering individual and comfortable accommodation in Berlin Schoeneberg. Unfortunately, we do not have a reception desk! Therefore, we are not constantly present. Please inform us about your approximate time of arrival via email or telephone. Payment due on the day of arrival in cash only. The credit card details are just a booking guarantee and can not be used for the payment. |

We have two apartment buildings located in the scene of Berlin-Schoeneberg, Winterfeldtstrasse, approx. 700 metres apart from each other. Do you want to meet the Federal Chancellor? Or do you rather like to go for a coffee to one of the it-spots in town? Do you like to overview the city from one of the tall buildings on Potsdam Square? Or just go for a shopping tour to the famous KaDeWe? Centrally located, you can easily reach all famous sights. Berlin is always worth visiting! We are looking forward to welcome you! |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. There is no capacity for cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. EUR 15.00 service charge per stay is not included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
