In our restaurant, Gegners Weinkeller, beneath the hotel in the old vaulted cellar, we offer Franconian cuisine every evening from 5pm onwards. We almost exclusively use products from regional producers who use suitable farming, husbandry and production methods. We also offer fresh fish from the River Main (Meefischli speciality) depending on what our fishermen catch. We are also a member of the regional association Weinfranken Schmecken (Tastes of Franconian Wine). Our wine list includes a large selection of Franconian wines. We can also wine tastings and wine sales by prior arrangement. | |
