Of all of the city’s buildings, it is one of the most steeped in history. The topic of art is prominent here: the impressionist Max Liebermann stayed here in 1902, when he captured the view of the Elbe in oil. Arrival by car: Motorway exit Hamburg/Othmarschen from the motorway A7 / E3. Please follow the Walderseestrasse and the signs for Blankenese turn left into the Reventlowstrasse the road joins the Elbchaussee, turn right after a short drive along the Elbchaussee. You will reach Nienstedten and will see the Hotel Louis C. Jacob on the lefthand side. Arrival by train: Arrival at Hamburg-Altona The city center is 20 minutes away by public transportation from the hotel, and can be easily reached with a bus which stops in front of the hotel. |
