From the north via Highway A3 (Autobahn Regensburg-Passau): Exit Passau-Nord. Follow the river Danube until you see the 1. Bridge. Cross the bridge, on the bridge take the left lane, after 3.8 km following the river again you will arrive at the Hotel Residenz. From the south via Highway A3 (Autobahn Linz-Suben-Passau): Exit Passau Mitte, follow the sign Passau-Stadtmitte (dont cross the river Danube). The river is now on your left hand side and after 3.8 km you will arrive at the Hotel Residenz. |

Hotel Residenz Passau is directly located in the old town, near the Danube River, only 1.4 km from the central railway station. The town hall, the St. Stephan Cathedral and the port are all only a stone’s throw away. After extensive renovation, we are now happy to reopen the Hotel Residenz for you. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 8.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
