		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
