Each of our beautifully appointed guest rooms has recently been renovated, this spring, and we have also just completed our rooftop pool and sundeck which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Our Charleston oceanfront hotel is the smart alternative to high priced condominiums and beach rentals where minimum stays can be a week or more. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Up to three children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged USD 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Extra beds are not available. Baby cots are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 11.5 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.
