Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and the bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets. End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving. Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday. |

The residence is very close to the centre of Agay, a charming seaside resort known for its beautiful coastal landscapes and the preserved Esterel massif. Le Nautic is situated on the banks of the Agay River, just 150 metres from the beach. It features 2-room apartments for 4 to 6 people. All apartments have a terrace or garden and are equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, and electric hotplate and dishwasher). The residence also has a free outdoor car park or a fee paying indoor car park and an onsite laundrette. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Extra beds are not available. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: No parking available. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
