The Palms at Waikiki is one of Oahus newest condominium hotels located across the Hilton Hawaiian Village and minutes away from Waikiki beach, Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention Center, and a short drive from downtown Honolulu. The Palms at Waikiki is a 3-star hotel that offers a chic, contemporary, boutiqueish, tropical design and welcomes you with the spirit of aloha. The lobby is intimate and furnished with Hawaiian decor that beckons you to sit back and relax to enjoy a cup of tea, read the newspaper, or people watch through the glass walls located along Ala Moana Boulevard. |

Upon final payment, the manager will mail 1 key to the guest and a 2nd key will be in the room in a bowl next to the coffee maker for the Palms unit. Upon departure, the keys can be left in the bowls. A one time cleaning fee of USD 75 is required for all Studio units. The unit will be cleaned only on departure. There is no daily cleaning. Additional linen will be provided and there are coin operated laundry facilities. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 200.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 18 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 11.916 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 15.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
