The Residence is situated on the banks of the Canal du Midi, just 6 kilometres from the centre of Béziers, and 1.5 kilometres from the Montpellier - Spain motorway. The nearest shops are located 3 kilometres away in Colombiers. Béziers, between the sea and the mountains, overlooks the local wine-growing area.Its history dates back centuries to the time of the Cathars. The surrounding area is known for its beautiful micro-climate and proximity to the sea and mountains. |

This residence is situated in Hérault, on the banks of the Orb River, near Béziers and the Vendres and Valras beaches. Les Berges du Canal offers 2-room apartments for 4 people and 3-room apartments for up to 7 people. All of these spacious apartments are fully-furnished and equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate). They are all duplex apartments and some feature a terrace. Access to the indoor heated swimming pool, the sport facility and the outdoor car park is included in the accommodation rate. Les Berges du Canal also features a children’s club for children between 4 and 11 years age. Entertainment for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age and adults is also available during the day. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available.
