This very comfortable beach residence is made up of exotic buildings featuring cosy aparthotels. One part of the village is located in the heart of the entertainment and overlooks the sea whereas the other part benefits from a quieter location and offers a breathtaking view over the lagoon and Marie-Galante and Les Saintes Islands. The residence features a large aquatic area with a children’s pool and a swimming-pool, as well as a bar and restaurant. Enjoy the lush tropical vegetation and relax under the sun, lying on the fine white sandy beaches. Moreover, the residence provides many modern comforts, including a reception which is open every day around the clock. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.61 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. EUR 0.30 city/tourist tax per person between 4 and 12 years per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. Parking: Free Public parking is possible on site.
