Have been witnessing the ups and downs of this industry, Traveller Friendship Hostel sees the importance of catering for customers needs and wants as well as their consuming behaviour. Our aim is to achieve customer satisfaction by providing basic and comfortable room facilities and personal service. We keeps upgrading our quality, from internal to external, focusing on the size and decor of the rooms, the in-room facilities and customer service. Now we have almost 100 rooms with different standards to suit different travellers. |

All 69 rooms of the hostel are equipped with quiet air conditioning and the listed amenities. Economy rooms with shared bathrooms are available for budget travellers. The hostel has complied with government regulations on fire safety and building safety. All rooms are kept extremely clean and comfortable by the friendly staff. Internet access is available in the computer centre or in-room. | |

We currently do not provide any food service. However, as we are centrally located in Tsim Sha Tsui - The heart of Hong Kong, everywhere around us you will find restaurants, pubs and bars with various standards and cuisine. Our hostel is highly accessible via the subway, KCR Station and other public transport in the surrounding area. Nathan Road is the main street in Kowloon, Hong Kong, which goes in a south-north direction from Tsim Sha Tsui to Mongkok. It is also just a 40-minute train journey from Hong Kong International Airport to Traveller Friendship Hostel - Alight at Tsim Sha Tsui and it is a 15-minute walk to the property. A personal and hospitable service from highly qualified staff who speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese differentiates us from other hostels. You can enjoy a hotel-like room at a hostel price to save you money and time. |

You can choose to pay by credit card or cash. Our hostel uses a credit card machine to take payments. Any payments by credit card will be incur a 3% service charge from the bank. Hong Kong Dollars and Renminibi are the only official currencies which can be freely used in Hong Kong. You can either convert money in advance at currency exchange bureaus or you can exchange at our reception. The exchange rate will be according to the most current rate provided by bank. The official check-out time is 11:00. Any late check-out should be informed in advance at the reception as soon as possible. If you check out after 11:00 and before 18:00, without informing our reception, you will be charged a half-days room rate. If you check-out after 18:00, you will be charged for a days room rate. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged HKD 100.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged HKD 100.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs HKD 10.00 per hour. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
