ESRI and Loma Linda Medical Center are just minutes away from the hotel. Redlands was founded in 1881 by Frank E. Brown and Edward G. Judson, both from colder climes, both interested in developing the area. The city was incorporated shortly thereafter in 1888. For much of its history, Redlands was the navel orange growing capital of the world, with the citrus industry as the main focus of its economy. It continues to preserve much of its citrus heritage in its 350 Victorian era homes, also known as Marmalade Mansions. Over the last century Redlands has grown, yet it maintains its old world small town feel. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. All further older children or adults are charged USD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 10 % Tax is not included. Service charge is included.
