A deposit of one nights room charge with valid form of payment is required at booking. Special events and holidays require separate deposit and cancellation policies. Please be advised we will be renovating the interiors of all ocean front guest rooms and suites this summer. The scheduled time frame for this project is from July 1, 2007 – early December 2007. Guests will not be placed in rooms near the renovations, although there will be workers and equipment on property. Work will be accomplished from 8am - 5pm daily. Our restaurants and spa will remain open during the renovations. While we regret the temporary closure of the pool, we are excited to offer this innovative new product to our guests. Be assured, our seasoned staff will do all possible to insure your stay in paradise is enjoyable during this project. |

Driving directions from Miami to Key West: From Miami International Airport, take LeJeune Road south to 836 West, going to Turnpike Extension, south to US 1 and to the Keys. Once you get to Key West, take the right hand lane onto Roosevelt Boulevard, following the edge of the island until you get to Garrison Bight. Turn right on Palm Avenue and continue over the harbor to Duval Street in the heart of Old Town. Turn right again and go to the end. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
