Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Arrivals after 17:00 (local time) must be confirmed in advance. Late arrivals lock-box is located on the right of the the Sand Dollar lobby door. To open, press the code, rotate the black knob clockwise and pull door open, remove the envelope with your name on it. To close, you must close the door and then rotate the knob counter clockwise back to original position. Hotel contact information will be furnished on your confirmation receipt, please contact the property for the current lock-box code; This code is necessary for ALL late arrivals check-in. |

Cancellation Policy: Please note, if modified, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 40.00 will be charged. If cancelled later, a fixed amount of USD 200.00 will be charged. In case of no-show, the first three nights will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of USD 200 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 12 % Tax is not included.
