Each of the rooms is individually furnished with its own character and style. All the rooms and suites are elegantly appointed with antique and reproduction furniture, hardwood floors and an extensive collection of Degas prints and sculpture. The spacious and luxurious suites feature private balconies and mini-refrigerators. Deluxe rooms feature 4-post Queen-size beds and either a Jacuzzi or Victorian claw-foot bath. Garrett rooms are located on the third floor and modelled after the attic studios of 19th century Parisian artists. All rooms are equipped with: a private bathroom; air conditioning; and access to shared kitchen facilities. Guests have access to two beautifully decorated grand parlors featuring an extensive collection of reproduction Degas prints and sculpture. |

During the week, a deluxe continental breakfast is served in our cozy breakfast parlor. On the weekends, a delicious hot Creole breakfast will be cooked to order by our friendly staff. Breakfast hours are from 08:00 to 10:00. Special requests and dietary restrictions can usually be accommodated with advance notice. Complimentary coffee, soft drinks and bottled water are also available 24 hours a day. |

The Fairgrounds horse racetrack, venue for the world famous New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival (Jazz Fest for short) is only a few blocks away. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 40.00 will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
