The apartment rates include flat-screen TV and access to the kids’ club and heated swimming pool. The kids’ club offers activities for children from 3 to 12 years of age based on availability. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service. Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check–out service is until 18:00. Guests need to provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations (tetanus, polio and dyptheria) for all children 3 to 5 years old. In case your child has not yet been vaccinated, please do so at least 48 hours prior to arrival. All proof of vaccination needs to include the date of issue. |

Located in the heart of the Camargue region, the residence is set on a 35-ha estate with a lake. Residence Club Maeva Le Domaine de l’Estajan is made up of several small buildings (Les Roselières, Les Oliviers, Les Amandiers, Les Piboules, Les Saladelles…), no higher than one floor, spread around the lake, at the entrance and in the centre of the estate. Les Saladelles were totally renovated last summer. On site you will find restaurants, bars, and a laundrette. A large number of leisure activities (riding, tennis, golf…) and relaxation facilities (balneotherapy centre) are also available on site. Moreover, it offers many modern comforts, including a reception which is open every day around the clock. |

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 15 November 2008 to 14 November 2009 the residence reception is open 24/7. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.91 city/tourist tax per person older than 3 years per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Free private parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
