The residence features large (30m²) and small (20m²) studio apartments that were designed to provide guests with a comfortable living space. It is also close to the tram line 1 and bus lines that offer direct access to the city centre and the motorway from Paris (exit 40). |

The residence is open from: - 08:00 to 12:45 and 16:30 to 19:45 Monday to Thursday. - 08:00 to 12:45 and 16:30 to 18:30 on Fridays. - 09:00 to 12:15 on Saturdays. It is closed on Sundays. If you plan to arrive outside the opening hours, please contact the residence in order to obtain the access code. Please note that there is an additional charge for electricity for weekly stays. This charge is to be paid at the time of check-out. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
