Citéa has 114 apartments divided over four storeys. Friendly, functional spaces for working, eating and relaxing. To make life easier, we provide: a breakfast room, an automatic clothes-washing facility and a garage. Our residence is at 10 minutes walking distance from the city centre, and in the business area called the City. Besançon is particularly rich in museums, theatres, restaurants and trade. Its also a city close to the countryside, where you can enjoy the quietude and the beauty of the local landscapes and the nearby villages way of life. |

The opening hours of the apartment building: Monday to Friday: 7.30 am to 9.00 pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays: 8.00 am till noon and from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Payment is due upon arrival at the Residence. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.80 city/tourist tax per stay is not included. Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 7.50 per person. Parking: Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5.00 per day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival. |
