The residence is made up of 79 apartments served by a lift. Guests can choose the Comfort + formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes: Beds made up for arrival. Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment. End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up). Cleaning kit. Television. DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 06 December 2008 to 18 April 2009 the reception is open Friday and Sunday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. From 13 June 2009 to 12 September the reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00. Reception is closed on Wednesday. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.28 city/tourist tax per person older than 13 years per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available.
