		All our rooms are giving on large courtyard. We have rooms groundfloor or on 1st or 2nd floor.

		Travel information
		By car, take direction town centre, Place of Verdun. While arriving on the Place of Verdun, move towards the Cathedral, then take the 1st street on the left before the Cathedral, street Gargouleau, then on the right, street St Yon. Take then 2nd on the right, street Bazoges. While coming to foot from the station, outward journey towards the Old Port, make the turn of the Port and pass under the Large Clock. Take then the 4st street on the right. The road station is on the Place of Verdun, pass near the Cathedral by the left to arrive at our hotel.

		Quick description
		In the heart of the city, in a small, calm street. Only steps from the old port and the beach and near the parks. Each of the 38 welcoming rooms with full bath or shower and private toilets, is equipped with colour tv and direct telephone line. Parking problems are eliminated, as the hotel provides its own private closed parking area . There are no lifts at this hotel.

		Important information
		The reception closes at 23:00 from October to May. During this period of time, please contact the hotel if you plan on arriving a Sunday.

		Cancellation policy
		Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.75 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
