DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays, from 10:00 to 12:00 at Sundays, from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and from 09:00 to 12:00 at Wednesdays. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon and on Wednesday afternoon. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.88 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. Internet: No internet access available. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.00 per day. Free Public parking is possible at a location nearby.
