The residence consists of cottage-style houses and apartments built in the Normandy style (wood decoration, wooden shutters, slate or tile roofs), spread over a 10 hectare estate, 13 km away from Cabourg and 17 km away from Deauville and Trouville. The interiors are comfortable and tastefully decorated. The houses are set around the central building, and the apartments are located in 4 buildings in the Garden Club Hamlet area opposite the tennis courts. DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. The reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00 Sunday to Thursday, 08:00 to 23:000 at Fridays and 08:00 to 22:00 at Saturdays. Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
