Security deposit: For all bookings of more than 3 nights or more than 3 rooms, a deposit corresponding to 30 percent of the total amount of the booking will be charged at the time of booking. It is refundable in the case of a cancellation made up to 5 days before the arrival date. For late cancellations, late amendments or no shows, the deposit is non refundable. |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
