The 75-seater restaurant is full of character, colour and comfort; a breath of fresh air when compared to conventional hotel dining establishments. Il Ruscello, which means the stream in Italian, is situated at Woodenbridge Lodge, overlooking River Aughrim. It combines picturesque surroundings with a very calm and relaxed atmosphere. The Four Vales Bar is the centre of activity in the hotel. An extensive bar-food menu is served daily from 12:30 until 21:00. |
