Opened in March of 2005, the hotel is in an area of lush vegetation in the district of Aveiro, one of the most dynamic regions in the country concerning entrepreneurial development. Perfectly positioned for business trips, the hotel is also equipped with 4 conference rooms, with a capacity of up to 300 people and featuring all modern technology. For leisure stays, the hotel is in close proximity of the beaches of Torreira, S. Jacinto, Barra and Costa Nova. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children from 5 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for extra beds.
