The Jardim do Vau consists of 131 elegantly furnished apartments with either one (which can accommodate up to 3 people) or 2 bedrooms (up to 5 people). Apartments have 2 bathrooms and are equipped with a kitchen (kitchenette in one bedroom) and balconies with sun beds. Some of them have a sea view. An extra bed and sea view supplement equals 20% of the apartments daily rate. |

Jardim do Vau has one main restaurant, serving a continental buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner. The restaurant is open from 18.30 until 22.00 and serves international cuisine. A poolside snack bar is open during the summer season and a cocktail bar is available for an evening with friends. Breakfast is served from 8:00 till 10:00. |

The Jardim do Vau complex has a privileged location, directly over the cosy beach Praia do Vau, and is just 2 km from the tourist village of Praia da Rocha. The main town is Portimão, with a very nice marina and historical parts by the old harbour. This complex is surrounded by many golf courses. Alto Golf (500 m) - This golf course is located near the town of Alvor. Morgado Golf (20 km) - Visit another course further north near Monchique . |

By Car (from the airport): - Leave Faro Airport and follow the blue motorway signs for the A22 (the route follows the EN 125 for a few miles before the A22 motorway starts). - On reaching the A22, follow signs for Lisboa / Albufeira / Portimão. - Continue on the A22 motorway, following the signs for Portimão. - Leave the A22 motorway at the exit signed for Portimão / Monchique. - Follow signs for Portimão. You will pass the hospital on the way to a roundabout where you must drive straight ahead. - Stay in the left hand lane to take the underpass. - Follow the road through the lights and round a sharp left-hand bend. - Turn right onto the V6 dual carriageway at the top. - Continue along the dual carriageway passing a petrol station on the right and a shopping centre on your left. - The third roundabout has a fountain and you must make a right turn onto the V3 dual carriageway, eventually passing the President Hotel on the left. - After a few metres, you will see Jardim do Vau on the left. - Because of the dual carriageway, you have to drive past the resort to the next roundabout, and return on the opposite carriageway to gain access to the complex via a downhill slip road to the right. |
