Casa da Pérgola has 8 double rooms and 2 singles. Two of them have a balcony over the garden, which constitutes a private outside area for those who stay there. Every room has a unique decoration, though they have similar features. The house has a living room on the first floor, with fireplace and TV, and a breakfast room on the ground-floor. |

You can either enjoy your english breakfast in the colourful garden (weather permiting) or in the breakfast room where in cold months you can appreciate a beautiful fireplace along with classic music. We also serve drinks during the day in the garden, in the lounge room or in the bedrooms. Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:00. |

We are in the heart of town. A few metres away you can enjoy nice beaches, public sea swimming-pools and a pleasant sea sidewalk that leads to Estoril with nice restaurants along the coast where you can enjoy a light snack or a full meal. Shopping and restaurants areas are 50 metres away from the house. The marina (for the boats with nice restaurants and coffee-shops) is also closeby as well as the museums, the park, the cultural centre with art exibitions, banks and the turist office. Actually, everything interesting is in walking distance. Enjoy the old part of the village with its narrow streets and gourmet restaurants. We are next to the train and bus station. The bus stop from and to the airport is also close by. You can be picked-up for tours around Lisbon, Sintra, Évora. Bycicles rides are free and an excelent exercise along the coast up to Guincho or to Estoril. | |

Driving from Lisbon you take the “A5” highway direction Estoril and Cascais. Then you have to take the exit “ABUXARDA”. You drive all the way down the hill, on the 1st traffic light turn to the right (there is a big shopping mall “Cascais Villa” on the left side) After passing the 2nd traffic light take the middle lane and keep driving. On the 3rd traffic light place yourself on the left lane because you are turning left to the center of Cascais. On the 4th traffic light place yourself on the right lane because when arriving to the next roundabout you turn right. After passing the small park on your right turn on the next street on the left. This is Av. Valbom (Restaurant Casa Velha at the corner). We are located on the left side of this street nº. 13 (this street its only for residents, if a policeman stops you please tell him you are coming to stay with us). |

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 12.50 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
